History of the Company
Gel Technologies Corporation was formed in February 1993 after the divestiture of Pfizer’s Oil Field Products Group to provide polymer gel pumping services in the southern United States. The company acquired the MARCITSM and MARA-SEALSM gel technology from Marathon Oil Company in May of 1993, which enabled it to perform gel treatments throughout North and South America. Since that time, Gel-Tec has expanded into an international company with over 1000 projects performed in ten countries on five continents. From the beginning, Gel-Tec has been committed to premium service, proper polymer mixing technology, quality control and providing value to our clients.
